Owner
Hope E. Hartman attended school at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer School of Business. There she earned her Bachelor degree in Accounting with a minor in Oil & Gas Accounting. She then went on to complete her Masters of Science in Accountancy and Taxation at the same university. She has over 17 years plus of experience in both the public and private sectors, and is currently seeking new clients.
Oil & Gas Clientele:
Hope has 14 years plus experience in O&G accounting (5 years in OGSYS), JIBs, severance tax & rendition reporting, revenue accounting, and much more. She has worked with new start ups and can help diagnose errors in start ups. Experience in closing down companies as well.

Hope has 19 plus years experience using Quickbooks. She is also listed with QuickBooks as a ProAdvisor. No matter your business, she can help!

MaryAnn graduated from Texas A&M University, College Station, where she earned her bachelors in Accounting and her Masters in Business Administration. MaryAnn has been a business owner herself, and has extensive experience in operations, implementation, construction, bonding, and other key areas of accounting and taxation.
Jennifer Wolf
Office Manager
Jennifer has worked for our office for a couple of years now. Previously she worked for a private engineering firm, heading the documentation control center. She is intelligent, thorough, and a great asset to our team.
Aaron Thornton
Bookkeeper
Aaron attended University of Texas at Austin where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science. He has recently taken the advanced accounting courses required to sit for his CPA exams. He shows great promise and potential, is intelligent, patient, and knowledgeable in IT as well.
